        Berkeley DB no longer supports Visual Studio 6.0. The
        earliest version supported is Visual Studio 2005. The build
        files for Windows Visual Studio 6.0 are removed.

             Berkeley DB no longer supports Win9X, Windows Me
            (Millenium edition), and Windows NT 4.0. The minimum
            supported windows platform is Windows 2000.
