Frankly,  we don't know anything at all about the many people who download the trial version of MathXpert and then don't purchase. When you downloaded the trial version,  were you thinking that you might purchase MathXpert if it worked as advertised, or did you never intend to purchase?   If you originally thought you might purchase, why didn't you?  Was there any aspect of MathXpert that disappointed you?   Were there any features you were hoping for that weren't there?
