Within five seconds after your beer is gone, you have the drink menu again, or they ask if you want another beer. Each new dish comes as soon as you finish the previous one, and is announced and described. When you arrive you are greeted with bows and smiles and when you depart there are more bows and smiles. It's a wonderful country! </FONT></TD>
